Secretary of the Board of Directors

Mohammed Wassim Khayata is a reputed Finance Professional based in UAE with over 18 years of Banking Industry experience. He is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors and Group Chief Operating Officer of Finance House PJSC. He also serves on the Boards of several companies including, among others, Insurance House P.S.C., Islamic Finance House Pvt. JSC and Century Investments LLC. Prior to joining Finance House, Wassim had successful stints with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, First Gulf Bank and National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He holds an MBA from the University of Hull Business School of UK and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers-London

Group Chief Financial Officer – Finance House Capital

A seasoned banking & financial services industry professional with over 30 years of diversified international experience across the Middle East & South Asia markets encompassing Consumer Banking, Products & Systems Development, IT Systems Management, Strategic Planning, Sales Management, Treasury, Investments, Financial Control, Compliance, Internal and External Audit functions across several leading regional and global institutions. His previous employers included National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Union National Bank, MasterCard International Inc., Ernst & Young & Price Waterhouse Coopers. T. K. Raman is an outstanding communicator & presenter with leadership skills derived from a combination of formal Toastmasters training and years of practice. An avid relationship builder, a shrewd negotiator and an admirable integrator with a collaborative management style, he is credited with building successful cross-functional teams that have delivered outstanding results. He joined Finance House in December 2009 as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Chief Executive Officer

Premchand has over 35 years of industry experience, including 30 years in the management of Technology dominant businesses. His expertise encompasses Startup & Profit center Management,strategy Consulting, Corporate Sales, Channel Management and Executive Mentoring. He is a parallel entrepreneur who has co-founded several companies in the Arabian Gulf Region focused on niche technologies.



His seven-year stint with WIPRO in India infused in him the fundamentals of value-based business leadership. A prolific speaker, Premchand has spoken at several symposiums and delivered guest lectures in Engineering & Management Institutes. He holds an Honors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy in Madras.

His foresight and commitment to excellence has enabled Paramount to gain a reputation of systematic industry defining performance. A staunch believer in the power of mentorship, Premchand has a unique leadership style and has been instrumental in creating an atmosphere that fosters both individual and organisational growth. Regarded as one of the go-to sources for any innovations in the industry, he has channeled a spirit of independence within the organisation and has distinguished himself by being one of the most approachable CEOs in the region.

Chief Operating Officer

Ramaswamy brings with him over 20 years of IT industry experience spanning diverse functions such as Systems Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, Channel Management and New Business Development. His experience spans across companies like WIPRO, COMPAQ, Sun Microsystems and MindTree. He also has the experience of working across multiple geographies spanning Asia, India, Middle East and Europe. Ramaswamy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management.

Territory Manager

Vivek serves as the Territory Manager at Paramount Bahrain and is actively involved in establishing Paramount’s presence in the region. He is tasked with generating a tremendous amount of new interest and business from the existing clients base. He has an overall work experience of more than 16 years covering Marine systems, IT Infrastructure Management, Global Network Project Management and Info Sec Technology Solution Management. Vivek is known as a pragmatic IT Delivery Management professional with a well-earned reputation for strong work ethics, accessibility and consistent commitment to team, leadership and innovation. He is also adept at building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Prior to joining the IT field, he served in the Indian armed forces as Lieutenant Commander for 7 years.

Pradeep Menon
Chief Officer – Security Excellence

Pradeep is the Chief Officer – Security Excellence at Paramount managing the Research and Development Centre, Lakshya Labs in India. Pradeep has more than two decades of enriching experience in Cybersecurity and has handled roles in varied geographies such as North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India and across industry verticals such as Banking Finance and Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Government. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association, USA and a Lead Auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 22301. He has a Bachelor degree in Engineering and is an MBA from Amrita School of Business. His new interests include Cyber security in Internet of Things, Threat Intelligence, Smart City Security and Physical and Logical Security Convergence.

Ashok Chandrasekharan
Vice President - International Operations

Ashok Chandrasekharan is the Vice President, International Operations. He has over 18 years of industry experience with 15 years focused on the Information Technology industry. Ashok started his career as a Finance Executive and moved to Cybersecurity along with Paramount in 1998. In 2010, he returned to Paramount after a brief stint with Secure Way Network Distributors. He has lived and worked in UAE, Saudi Arabia & now Qatar and understands the unique Arabian Gulf culture. Prior to joining Paramount he worked in Manufacturing and Garment Export & Trading businesses in India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with specialization in accountancy; he is also a part-time trainer who takes workshops on stress management.

Director - Service Delivery

Currently working as Director of Service Delivery managing Core Security and Consulting Services Implementation in addition to Maintenance Services at Paramount, Suhas has over 17 years of specialized experience in the field of Information Risk Management, ISMS, Service Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Technology Implementation, Project Management as well as General Management. He has been part of the Paramount family since 2004. He has worked in India and the Middle East across industrial verticals such as Banking, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, FMCG, Governmental, Airlines, IT and Telecom engaging more than 300 customers. He had worked with the security division of Global Tele Systems and Infosys Technologies in India prior to joining Paramount. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and has additional honors and certifications including CISSP, CBCI, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 9001 LA and CCNP. Teaching is one his passions and he spends his free time training aspiring professionals.

Manikandan Natarajan
Vice President Consulting Services

Manikandan Natarajan, a seasoned Cybersecurity consultant, comes with rich experience in implementing large scale Infosec projects across industries. He is a thought leader with extensive experience in providing consulting services meeting the governance, risk and compliance requirements, authentication solutions, and in other niche security areas. Currently, he consults CxO’s of leading companies on Data/Information Risk management. Manikandan combines his sharp business acumen with strong leadership and is a committed guide to all of Paramount’s employees.
A regular speaker at various forums including CII Connect, ISACA Annual Conference, TiE on Entrepreneurship, BFSI IT Conference, Guest Speaker at Universities, Manikandan also contributes to security columns and articles in print and digital media. He has presented at several national conferences on sessions related to Cybersecurity and Surveillance, Information Risk Management, and securing IT and Information Systems in organizations. Manikandan intends to make the knowledge savvy corporate - a hub that imbibes Cybersecurity as prime factor to preserve common interests. He holds a Double Post Graduate Degree with MSc (Comp Sc) and MSc (Internet Engineering) from London and Industry certifications like CISA, CEH, ITIL, COBIT, Business Continuity.

Vice President - Telcos

As Vice President - Telcos, Adith is responsible for service providers and operators in MENA (Middle East & North Africa) and has over 1O years of experience in IT Infrastructure, spanning networks, system, storage and security. He started his career in Technical Support and moved on to Implementation, Pre-sales and Sales Management roles. He moved into the Cybersecurity domain when he joined Paramount in 2004. Adith has ever since played a major role in the turn-around story of Paramount in Qatar. He is an ardent follower of Cybersecurity tools and companies, with a deep knowledge of Cybersecurity tool incorporation and optimization for executing in-depth client defense strategies. He loves to spend his time training interns and new members of Paramount family, and is ready for the next set of leadership challenges that come up in the Paramount journey. He is also a regular participant and a speaker at various ISACA chapters in the region.

Namith Najeeb
Vice President - Identity & Access Management

As Vice President of the Identity & Access Management Business Unit, Namith helped incubate the Identity Security practice in line with Paramount’s vision of diversified offerings. Namith is an Engineer turned Manager, having completed his Post Graduation in Business Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2013. He chose Paramount as a place to further his career when he saw that his value system aligned well with the company’s ethos. Namith has also served in the Academia for 2 years prior to his stint at IIM Kozhikode, where he was Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communication Department. His passion includes volunteering, CSR and last but not the least, motivating peers and students to aim and make it big in life.

Mohan Raj
Vice President - Infosec Solutions

Mohan Raj, an Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity Business professional with more than a decade of experience in building & managing the growth of strategic business units, handling a diverse portfolio comprising of Infrastructure Security Solutions, Cybersecurity Solutions, Datacenter Infrastructure and Communication Solutions, IT GRC Consulting Services and Managed Services. Prior to joining Paramount, Mohan has built start-up organizations and managed multiple business units in the region. His experience spans across multiple functions such as Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Channel Management and P&L Management. He has worked with ISYX, EMITAC, MFI (Alcatel Lucent), SIEMENS & ICT in the past across multiple geographies ranging from Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
Mohan is an Engineering graduate (B.E) in Electronics & Communication and has achieved some professional certifications / specializations like PMP, CISA, PGDIM, DECE, DCA, DJP and other Infra-info Sec certifications. His hobbies are reading, travelling, wild game safaris, adventurous sports (racing, sky diving) and playing cricket.
