Corporate social responsibility (CSR)

At Paramount, we are committed to contributing to the development of the world we are all a part of. Our management team is committed to CSR as a practice and takes pride in being one of the first organisations in the region to become committed to efforts in this area. We have consistently been recognised by the Dubai Chamber for our proactive efforts and we hope to gain their constinued support in all our efforts.

The Company contributes 2% of annual Net Profit and each employee voluntarily contributes 1 day’s salary to the CSR Fund. By distributing food packets during Iftar, handing out bottled water to workers during peak summer and giving away used clothes to charities, Paramount hopes to lend a helping hand, wherever possible.

Our Areas of Interest

There are 4 key areas we focus on when it comes to your corporate social responsibility. The CSR initiatives seek to contribute meaningfully to the communities we hail from and to the environment. Through these initiatives we have been able to make a difference in the lives of the chosen underprivileged and given a huge sense of satisfaction to our participating team members. Doing well by doing good is a way of life at Paramount.
